FAQs
-
The Enneagram is a personality framework that describes nine core types, each with distinct motivations, fears, and patterns of behaviour. It focuses less on what you do, and more on why you do it.
-
It’s a guided conversation to help you unpack your core motivations and discover your Enneagram type. As part of this you’ll be given resources and information for further exploration.
-
Read the introductory sheet I’ll send you. Otherwise just turn up and be yourself. No preparation is needed other than a willingness to engage with a conversation about your motivations.
-
Motivations are complicated to unravel, and this can happen. Either way it’s the start of a journey towards understanding yourself better, and you’ll leave with likely options and resources.
-
Not necessarily. Some workshops will enable you to discover your enneagram type. Or you can book in for a typing session with me in the lead up to a workshop to help you get the best out of it.
-
I run bespoke workshops for groups and organisations, however occasionally I will also offer a workshop that’s open for anyone to attend. Event dates for these are advertised when they’re in the diary.
-
The Enneagram is a developmental and psychological framework, not a clinical diagnosis or medical tool. Many people find it valuable for self-awareness, leadership, relationships, and personal growth.
-
While the Enneagram can be deeply insightful, this is not therapy or counselling. Emotional topics may arise, but participation and sharing are always voluntary.
-
I work primarily in the Surrey area (particularly Woking) or online.
